Amendment Fees *Changes to Domestic bookings will incur a fee of $44.00 per passenger, per booking, in addition to Provider and credit card fees. *Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $55.00 per passenger, per booking, in addition to Provider and credit card fees. *Changes to International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings) will incur a fee of $110.00 per passenger, per booking, in addition to Provider and credit card fees.
Cancellation Fees - Air Tickets Cancellations to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $55.00 per booking, in addition to Provider and credit card fees. International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings) will incur a fee of $250.00 per passenger, per booking, in addition to Provider and credit card fees
Cancellation Fees - Misc. Cancellations to Hotels, Tours, Cruising, Car Rentals, Transfers, Day Tours will incur a fee, based on time required to cancel these arrangements. In the event of a cancellation where a travel insurance claim is being lodged, an administration fee of up to $2000pp, or 10% of trip total, whichever is higher, may apply to cover processing, documentation preparation, supplier liaison, and claim-related administrative requirements. We will not provide a refund for the booking & advisory services (including Credit Card Fees) if the Travel Product is not used.
