Managing Director and company owner, Alison Lee, has over 35 years experience in the travel industry. Starting in travel back in 1988 working for the Commonwealth Bank Travel in Sydney, she learnt Holiday & Retail travel for 3 years before being 'poached' by Wilshire James Travel in Sydney in 1991. Alison then spent 3 years as Group Travel Manager, before being offered the role as Corporate Manager of Travel with Jetset Travel in Sydney, a role she enjoyed for 2 years. In 1996 Alison was then approached by Paddington Travel to join them as Travel Manager for 2 years before deciding to open her own business, Complete Travel Services. Moving to Melbourne in 1998, she moved into an office in South Yarra, where she established herself as a leader in the travel industry. In November 2021, Complete Travel moved into larger premises, Suite 108, 12 Corporate Drive in Heatherton, Victoria, to enable Alison and her team at Complete Travel, the ability to service their clients to a higher level of travel experiences. June 2024, Complete Travel Services was invited to join the Luxury Travel Collection, an exciting new group that will enable Complete Travel to offer our clients a more comprehensive range of luxury suppliers.
