Alison Lee, Managing Director and company owner has over 35 years experience in the travel industry. Starting in travel back in 1988 working for Commonwealth Bank Travel in Sydney, she learnt Holiday & Retail travel for 3 years before being 'poached' by Wilshire James Travel in Sydney in 1991. Alison then spent 3 years as Group Travel Manager, before being offered the role as Corporate Manager of Travel with Jetset Travel in Sydney, a role she enjoyed for 2 years.
In 1996 Alison was then approached by Paddington Travel to join them as Travel Manager for 2 years before deciding to open her own business, Complete Travel Services. Moving to Melbourne in 1998, she moved into an office in South Yarra, where she established herself as a leader in the travel industry.
In November 2021, Complete Travel moved into larger premises, Suite 108, 12 Corporate Drive in Heatherton, Victoria, to enable Alison and her team at Complete Travel, the ability to service their clients to a higher level of travel experiences. In June 2024, Complete Travel Services was invited to join the Luxury Travel Collection, an exciting new group that will enable Complete Travel to offer clients a more comprehensive range of luxury suppliers.

Catherine Stone started in travel 1993 and continues to have a passion for booking experiences for her clients. Catherine worked at Hawthorn Travel in her junior years, then headed abroad to travel, and continued her travel career in London for 2 years.
Upon her return to Melbourne, Catherine managed Burke Rd Travel, before owning and managing Rheom Travel for 10 years.
Catherine has been freelancing through Complete Travel Services for 3 years and specialises in independent travel, family holidays, woman’s walking tours and providing her clients with unforgettable travel experiences. Catherine understands and will tailor the best packages and getaways for her valued clients, and she has been fortunate to travel to all corners of the globe and loves to pass her experiences on to her clients.

Edwina Mallia’s journey in travel started with a school trip to Italy in her young teenage years. This experience gave Edwina a feeling that she could not let go and started the growth of her passion for travel and all that goes with it. With this excitement, Edwina pursued and developed a career path which has spanned more than 40 years including positions with airlines, incoming and outgoing retail travel agencies and as a multilingual tourist guide.
Edwina received training at British Airways and is an ATAQ accredited Senior Travel Consultant. “As there is no limit to what our wonderful world has to offer, I am forever learning whilst also being able to pass on my amazing experiences and knowledge to others who take the journey with me” she says.
Edwina’s focus is to create a unique, exciting and tailored opportunity for various sized groups and individuals who are hungry for the unknown adventure. Edwina embraces the challenge of working together with her clients and helping to realise their vision into a reality. Edwina has been freelancing through Complete Travel Services for 3 years.

Taylah Organ began her journey in the travel industry with Flight Centre, working as a travel consultant from 2011 to 2016. During those five years, she developed a deep understanding of the travel market and built a loyal clientele.
After stepping away from the industry to pursue other interests, Taylah returned in 2022 as an independent consultant. Since then, she has seamlessly reconnected with her existing client base and welcomed new customers, focusing on serving travelers in Melbourne's western suburbs.
With her extensive experience and passion for personalised service, Taylah continues to provide tailored travel experiences, as a freelance independent travel agent, ensuring her clients' journeys are memorable and stress-free.
